We're FINALLY ready to list our old house for sale, and we're hoping to move it fast. I know it's unlikely in this economy, but we're really praying that God will prepare the right family for this house. It's been a wonderful place to have three children, and the neighborhood is nice and there are plenty of kids to play with.
We regularly walked to get dinner, ice cream, or go to Publix (if we didn't need to get much to carry back). We also walked the kids to preschool and even the YMCA, and our neighbors could walk their kids to Harpeth Heights Elementary School, which is a great elementary school in Bellevue. We're one or two miles up from Loveless Cafe off Hwy 100. We've loved it, and we hope you know someone who will too!

Spacious sun room with five windows. Lots of light!
There's this fun little space between the kitchen and sunroom. At various times we've left it empty and maximized use of the porch, put a dinner table there, or set up comfy chairs and a coffee table for a little reading/coffee nook.
Open kitchen with all stainless appliances staying. Corian countertops. Nice, big cabinets. Large pantry. There's also a guest bathroom off the kitchen, and an entrance to the garage (which is really handy when you're bringing in groceries).
Lots of light in the dining room as well. Or, this room could be used as a study if you don't have a formal dining set.
The downstairs living room with wood-burning fireplace and hardwood floors throughout. These hardwoods are the real deal--they can be sanded and refinished and all that.
The upstairs has three bedrooms, including a very large master suite with spacious bathroom, sitting area and huge walk-in closet. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub, shower, and his-and-hers sinks.
There is also a very big playroom upstairs with four windows facing the road and a huge arched window facing the side yard. There is tons of light in this room and is big enough to double as a playroom and adult TV/computer room.
Last but not least, there is also a kids' full bathroom with tub/shower combo and big built-in sink cabinets and the laundry room (with front-load washer and dryer staying) upstairs. I LOVED having my laundry room right by the bedrooms. It made doing laundry so easy.
